While passing a few spare moments, Mike showed me the blog of his old friend Randy Haspel.
A lifelong musician, one of his many credits is as Randy of "Randy and the Radiants."
He was a big fan of an early blue-eyed soul band, Jimmy Day and the Knights, that Mike played with.
